How I can support you

People usually come to therapy thinking something is wrong with them. Most of the time, something in their life just isn’t working anymore.

And more often than not, there’s a pattern underneath that’s been there a lot longer than the problem they came in with.

My work is integrative,

drawing from several models depending on your needs and goals.

This means more ways to help you get there, and a better chance of finding what actually works for you.

Dana Baboe - Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy

What sessions are like

I work in a person-centred and solution focused way, which means our work is centred around you and what you want to achieve from therapy.

Every person who reaches out brings a different story, pace, and way of coping. No matter what you share, you will always be accepted for who you are and where you are at. My role is to meet you there and help you reconnect with your own capacity for change.

I work with you as a whole person, your mind, your body, your past, your relationships, and what makes you you.

My space is warm, honest, and grounded, and I hold belief in your capacity for growth until you’re able to feel it yourself.

Sometimes you may cry, sometimes you may laugh, sometimes you may just stare at a wall, all of it is welcome here.

Sessions are collaborative, and focused on:

Understanding what's keeping you stuck and where you want to be

Putting together an approach that works for you

Working towards changes that last beyond our sessions

I work around you

I work with clients in Liverpool and online all over the world, offering flexible appointments to fit around your life.

There’s no set number of sessions that works for everyone, how long we work together depends on your goals, circumstances, and what you want to get out of therapy.

Therapy is a collaborative process, we decide together what feels right for you.
I’ll always check in about how you’re finding the sessions and adjust things as we go, so our work stays helpful and focused.
