“The purpose of therapy is to set people free.”
(May, 1981)
So you’ve ended up here.. could be worse.
Maybe it’s the anxiety that won’t switch off, a relationship in which you feel lonely even when you are not alone, a behaviour you keep saying you’ll stop (or struggle to build), or just that feeling that you’re not good enough, no matter what you do. Any of it, or all of it, I got you!
For some, it might be clear:
“I can’t switch my brain off” / “I keep having panic attacks” / “My relationship is not working” / “I keep doing things I hate myself for” or “I don’t feel good enough no matter what I do”.
Others might feel something isn’t right but can’t point to it, and that’s completely fine!
Both experiences are completely valid.
You don’t have to know what’s wrong to feel that something needs to change, we start where you are.
While therapy looks different for everyone, many people notice that anxiety has not got that much power over their life anymore, relationships start to feel different, and patterns that once felt impossible to shift, start to shift. When you start to feel ok within yourself, other things tend to follow.
We don’t just talk about what is happening, we also work with how it shows up in your thoughts, your day to day life and your relationships.
I work with both Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy (working with both the conscious and unconscious mind) to help you get to where you want to be.
We don’t just talk about it. We work with it.
If you’re wondering whether I could support you with what you’re going through and how sessions will look like, you can read more on my How I Can Support You page.
If what you’ve read resonates, you can book a short call or send a message, for a conversation about what you need and how we can work together.
