My name is Dana, and I am a qualified therapist, working with Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy for anxiety, relationship difficulties, compulsive behaviour and low self esteem. My work is centred around exploring what is keeping you stuck, tailoring an approach that fits you, and helping you to move from talking about your difficulties, to actually make the changes you want to do in your life.
I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation, to give you the chance to ask any questions you may have, discuss your goals, and explore how I can support you on your journey.
Standard Psychotherapy/Hypnotherapy sessions are 60 minutes long and cost £65 each, or you can choose a block of 4 sessions for £200.

While therapy looks different for everyone, many people notice that anxiety has not got that much power over their life anymore and that they stop organising their life around what could go wrong. Relationships start to feel different, and patterns that felt impossible to change start feeling more like a choice rather than something that controls them. They start trusting their own judgement more and make better decisions. When you start to feel ok within yourself, other things tend to follow.
We don’t just talk about what is happening, we also work with how it shows up in your thoughts, your day to day life and your relationships to help you make the changes that you want in your life.
I am empathic and warm, but I do believe that empathy on its own sometimes keeps people stuck, and that’s why in our sessions, we understand what needs to be understood, feel what needs to be felt, and then we move through it by implementing things that you can actually DO in your day to day life.
I work integratively with Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy which means more ways to work with what is keeping you stuck.
