You might be here because something in your life needs attention or change.
Sometimes that’s because you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how things became so difficult to manage.
Often, it’s no longer about understanding what’s happening, but about noticing how much life has started to organise itself around coping, avoiding, or holding things together.
I work with people who sense that something needs to shift, even if they can’t fully name what that is yet.
For many, this shows up as anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, or fear beginning to limit everyday life, avoiding places, situations, sensations, or decisions “just in case”.
For others, it looks like low mood, self-doubt, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
Usually people feel frustrated by how powerful emotions have become despite understanding them logically.
Therapy focuses on rebuilding a sense of internal safety, reducing patterns that keep you stuck, and helping you regain trust in yourself in a realistic and sustainable way, to finally make the changes you’ve been wanting for years.
While therapy looks different for everyone, many people notice more flexibility in how they respond to difficult thoughts or emotions, and greater trust in themselves over time.
If you’re curious, that’s usually enough to start.
We don’t just talk about what is happening, we also put things into action, working with how it shows up in your body, your thoughts, and your behaviour, and change the patterns that keep it going.
Part of my role is to help you discover what becomes possible again. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to show up as you are.
If you’re wondering whether I could support you with what you’re going through and how sessions will look like, you can read more on my How I Can Support You page.
