"The purpose of therapy is to set people free."

(May, 1981)

Welcome!

If you’ve ever been told to “just calm down”, or “think happy thoughts” and thought “if it were that simple I’d have done it already“, I got you.

Who I work with

You might be here because something in your life needs attention or change.

I work with people who sense that something needs to shift, even if they can’t fully name what that is yet.

This may show up as anxiety, panic, low self esteem, relationship difficulties or habits that feel difficult to change.

Sometimes people understand what happens logically, but their nervous system doesn’t quite follow.

How therapy helps

While therapy looks different for everyone, many people notice more flexibility in how they respond to difficult thoughts, emotions or situations, and greater trust in themselves over time.

The aim of my work is sustainable change, not just short term coping.

How I work

We don’t just talk about what is happening, we also put things into action, working with how difficulties show up in your body, your thoughts, and your behaviour, to change the patterns that keep them going.

If you’re wondering whether I could support you with what you’re going through and how sessions will look like, you can read more on my How I Can Support You page.

If what you’ve read resonates, I’d love to hear from you. You can book a short call or send a message,  for a conversation about what you need and how we can work together.
