Anxiety isn’t always obvious, sometimes it looks like never feeling good enough, never feeling safe in relationships, going quiet when you actually want to speak up, compulsive behaviour or pushing through everything until you’ve got nothing left, until your life becomes more exhausting than it should be…

What keeps most people stuck is that they’re waiting to feel ready, to face their fears or to do something. And more often than not, the feeling comes AFTER the behaviour.

Think of this: you’ve done scary things before, but you don’t count those, because they stopped feeling scary afterwards.

What we can do together...

My name is Dana, and I’m an Anxiety Therapist. 

What we do together isn’t just talking. We make sense what’s actually driving your difficulties, and then we do something about it, to help you reduce anxiety, build confidence, show up differently in your relationships, and get back to a life that feels like yours.

How we get there

Being heard, understood, and finally making sense of yourself matters a lot. But at some point making sense of it isn’t enough and trying to figure out everything can keep you stuck. You want to actually feel different, show up differently in relationships, and get through a day without your body going into overdrive.

And that’s why in our sessions, we understand what’s actually going on, feel what’s underneath it, and then we move through it by working on the things you can actually take into your day-to-day life, so change lasts beyond our work.

Insight matters.
So does change.

Booking a session

I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation, to give you the chance to ask any questions you may have, discuss your goals, and explore how I can support you on your journey.

Standard Psychotherapy/Hypnotherapy sessions are 60 minutes long and cost £75 each, or you can choose a block of 4 sessions for £260.

If you’re already signed up for a package or are an existing client, you can book your 60-minute appointment directly through the booking system.
