“The purpose of therapy is to set people free.”
(May, 1981)
So you’ve ended up here.. could be worse.
Maybe it’s the anxiety that won’t switch off, a relationship that feels more confusing than safe, a habit you keep saying you’ll stop (or struggle to build), or just that feeling that you’re not good enough, no matter what you do, whichever it is, some of it, or all of it, I got you!
For some, it’s clear: “I’m struggling with anxiety / panic / low self esteem / keep doing something that is unhelpful for me” or “My relationship isn’t working.” Others might feel something isn’t right but can’t point to it, and that’s completely fine!
Both experiences are completely valid.
You don’t have to know what’s wrong to feel that something needs to change, we start where you are.
While therapy looks different for everyone, many people notice that anxiety has not got that much power over their life anymore, they navigate relationships differently, react differently to things that used to set them off, find themselves second guessing less and trusting their own judgement more. When you start to feel ok within yourself, other things tend to follow.
We don’t just talk about what is happening, we also work with how it shows up in your thoughts, your day to day life and your relationships to help you get to where you want to be.
We don’t just talk about it. We work with it.
If you’re wondering whether I could support you with what you’re going through and how sessions will look like, you can read more on my How I Can Support You page.
If what you’ve read resonates, you can book a short call or send a message, for a conversation about what you need and how we can work together.
