This is what the initial conversation is for. Below is a bit of context of how I work, so you know what to expect.

Talking therapy that helps you make sense of what is going on, why you feel the way you do, what is keeping you stuck and how to start shifting it. We look at your patterns, experiences and what is happening in your life right now.

Work that goes beyond talking. Using a deeply relaxed state, we access the parts of your mind that don’t always respond to logic or understanding alone. Useful when you know what the problem is but can’t seem to change it. Often combined with Psychotherapy for deeper or long-standing patterns.
In practice, most clients draw on both. What we use and when depends on you, what you are working on, and what is actually helping. Sessions are available online in Liverpool and UK-wide. There is no set number of sessions. We work at your pace, for as long as it’s useful.
