Hi — I’m Dana. Let’s skip the polished bio.
I’m not here to tell you I’ve got it all figured out. I’m here because I’ve been where you are, overthinking, overdoing, trying to hold it all together. Therapy changed the way I meet myself, and now that’s what I help others do too.
If you’re looking for honest, down-to-earth therapy that’s exactly what you’ll find here.
Before I ever trained as a therapist, I sat in the client’s chair. That experience shaped everything about how I work. I know what it’s like to feel unsure, to question whether therapy will even work for you. My role isn’t to fix or judge, it’s to walk alongside you while we figure things out together.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation that makes sense, not a mystery you have to decode.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from several models — Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Hypnosis and CBT-informed techniques — depending on what fits you, not what fits a textbook.
I’m direct when needed, but always compassionate. I value real connection over formality, and I believe lasting change comes from understanding yourself, not forcing yourself to change.
