I’m not here to tell you I’ve got it all figured out.
I’m here because I’ve been where many of the people I work with are: avoiding, overthinking, trying to fit in everywhere, never feeling good enough AND trying to hold everything together.
I know what it’s like to feel trapped by your own mind, to feel more confused than safe in a relationship, or to keep repeating patterns you can’t seem to break no matter how much you try.
Therapy changed the way I relate to myself and the world, and I found that it often comes back to one thing: how we feel about ourselves and how that plays out in our lives and connection with others. Not because there is something wrong with us, but because that’s where so much of it usually starts.
Before I trained to be a therapist, I sat in the client’s chair. I understand what it’s like to feel unsure, to question whether therapy will even work for you or to worry about being judged. My role is to be the person in your corner who gets it and supports you every step of the way.
My approach is integrative, shaped by you, your pace, and your goals.
I’m honest, warm, down to earth and believe that change starts in a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, and accepted just as you are.
In line with UKCP ethical guidance, I do not use client testimonials.
The therapeutic relationship involves an inherent power imbalance, and I want to ensure that no client feels pressured to evaluate their experience or share personal details publicly.
Therapy is also a deeply individual process, and each person’s experience will be unique, shaped by their own history, needs, and pace. For this reason, testimonials are not a reliable reflection of what your own therapeutic journey might look like.
Instead, I focus on being transparent about how I work, my training, and the values that guide my practice, so you can decide whether working together feels right for you.
