You’ve spent long enough second-guessing yourself, trying to hold it all together, and pretending you’re fine.
Maybe you don’t trust your own judgement anymore, or you feel disconnected from who you used to be.
You might want to feel calmer, more in control and at peace in your own skin.
This is a space where you can slow down, understand what’s really going on underneath, and start rebuilding from there to reconnect to the parts of you that already know how to heal.
Therapy with me isn’t about endless analysis or sugar-coating.
It’s about real conversations, curiosity, and honesty, the kind that helps you make sense of yourself and your patterns.
I work collaboratively, meeting you where you are and helping you find what safety, confidence, and self-trust mean for you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just need to show up as you are.
Together we’ll move toward a more grounded and confident version of you.
Book a short call – no pressure, just a chat about where you are and what you might need next.
Hi, I’m Dana, and I’m really glad you’re here.
I am the owner of D Therapy Hub, an accredited and CNHC registered clinical hypnotherapist with psychotherapeutic training on the UKCP journey. I am offering a calm and down-to-earth space where you can explore what’s been feeling heavy, confusing, or out of balance.
Whether you’ve reached a breaking point or just know something needs to shift, therapy is a place where you don’t have to hold it all together.
My approach:
I work in a person-centred and integrative way, which means our work starts with you.
Every person who reaches out brings a different story, pace, and way of coping, and my role is to meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your own capacity for change.
Our sessions might include exploration, grounding techniques, or guided awareness work depending on what you need in the moment.
The aim isn’t to analyse you but to help you understand yourself, the patterns, emotions, and beliefs that shape how you move through the world.
As you begin to make sense of these layers, confidence and self-trust grow naturally. Therapy becomes less about “fixing” and more about finding your way back to clarity.
I believe real progress happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. That’s what I aim to offer from the first message to the last session, a relationship built on honesty, care, and collaboration.
If what you’ve read resonates, I’d love to hear from you. You can book a short call or send a message, for a conversation about what you need and how we can work together. Additionally, you can find answers to common questions, including myths about therapy and hypnosis, as well as responses to some of the most frequent worries people have before starting therapy, on my FAQ page.
